A design is worthless if it cannot be made. At Disturbed Design, we put a great deal of our focus on the feasibility of the products we design, and the manner in which they will be manufactured. As a full service design firm, part of our promise to our partners and clients is to deliver something that is real and can be produced. We focus not only on producing products that people love, but also take into consideration the material, forms, dimensions, and finish options. Our ID (Industrial Design) team communicates final designs through 2D, 3D, and illustrated dimension drawings, as well as photo realistic renderings.
Our prototyping and manufacturing services match our design services perfectly, as there is no middle-man to complicate the process. We generate ideas and turn them into physical products using our experience and making the right decisions moving forward. We often run tests such as CAD analysis, proof of concept, and human interaction studies to determine the changes that need to be made prior to prototyping your product. Our team is trained and tested in human factors, user capabilities, user knowledge, product effectiveness, and overall safety of the product. Once all of this is confirmed, we then move on to prototyping.
